Commonfields Cahokia Water at 2525 Mousette Lane, East Saint Louis, Illinois.

The website states that the office is open until 4:30pm, but apparently customers arriving after 4:15 will not be helped. Two trips in 2 days, and all I want to do is connect water service. The woman I spoke with stated several times that she was "walking out the door at 4:30". There is a woeful lack of customer service here, based on my two days of experience (so far) of poor customer service, disinterest and lack of professionalism.
